🏛️ THE SPACE

Where are you located?

TD Event Space is located at 12000 E. 47th Ave Suite #403 Denver, CO 80239 inside the Montbello Community Building.

How many guests can the space accommodate?

TD Event Space is designed for intimate gatherings and can comfortably accommodate up to 72 guests. It’s the perfect setting for small events where you want a stylish, welcoming atmosphere without feeling overcrowded.

What is included with the rental?

Your rental includes:

TD Event Space combines modern design, a prime Denver location, and full customization flexibility—making it the perfect venue for unforgettable, personalized events. We also have lots of complimentary amenities including a private vanity suite, and a designated buffet area with a commercial food warmer.

What types of events can I host?

TD Event Space is ideal for a variety of intimate events, including birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, micro weddings, engagement parties, corporate gatherings, and more. Our versatile space can be tailored to fit your unique celebration. 👉🏽 View all of our event types.

Is there parking available?

Yes, ample parking is available in the parking lot at TD Event Space, making it easy and convenient for you and your guests to access the venue. Our central Denver location helps ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival experience for everyone attending your event.

Are there decoration rules?

Yes. To help protect the venue and ensure a safe experience for all guests, certain items and activities are prohibited. This includes open flames unless specifically approved, glitter, confetti, rice, or other difficult-to-clean materials, nails, screws, staples, or any wall attachments that may cause damage, smoke machines without prior approval, and any illegal substances or unlawful activities.

Do you have a kitchen?

We offer a kitchenette complete with a stainless-steel food prep table, microwave, commercial food warmer & refrigerator for your convenience. All food must be prepared and ready prior to your event, as we do not offer cooking facilities on-site.

Can I cook food inside the venue?

To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, cooking is not permitted inside the venue. This includes frying foods such as chicken, fish, or other items that produce strong odors, grease, or smoke.

Guests are welcome to warm and serve food using our commercial 5-tier food warmer and microwave for reheating purposes. We also allow Crock Pots & Electric Warming Plates.

Are pets allowed inside the venue?

To help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not permitted inside the venue. We appreciate your understanding as we work to preserve the quality and cleanliness of the space for every event.

Are public events or pop-up shops allowed?

No. TD Event Space is designed for private, invitation-only events and gatherings. At this time, events that are open to the general public or centered around on-site sales are not permitted. This includes pop-up shops, vendor markets, ticketed public events, and similar activities.

Our space is intended for intimate celebrations, private gatherings, and curated experiences for invited guests only.

Can I arrive early to set up for my event?

No, early access prior to your reserved rental time is not available, as setup time is already built into your selected event package. Our 5-hour and 8-hour rental packages are designed to include time for setup, your event, and cleanup, helping ensure a smooth schedule for all bookings.

What are the venue’s music and entertainment guidelines?

Yes, music and entertainment are allowed during your event, including DJs and MCs. All music and sound levels must remain within the venue’s guidelines and any applicable local noise ordinances to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and neighboring businesses. All event packages include use of our speaker system and one microphone. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth access are also provided, and guests are welcome to play their own music from a tablet, phone, or similar device using the venue’s sound system, including streaming through Apple Music/iTunes or Spotify. If you plan to have a DJ, please note that DJs must provide their own equipment, including speakers. We ask that all DJ, MC, or other entertainment arrangements be discussed with the venue in advance.

Can I display photo slideshows or videos during my event?

No, photo slideshows and video presentations are not currently supported at the venue. Please plan your event accordingly when considering your entertainment or presentation needs.

How do I book the event space?

To book our Denver event space, simply fill out our booking inquiry form to check availability. Once your date is confirmed, a signed rental agreement & deposit will secure your reservation. 👉🏽 Check availability and request your date.

When can I book my event?

We are currently accepting booking requests for events starting mid-June and beyond.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for weekends and peak seasons—as dates can fill quickly.

How are dates reserved?

Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis with a deposit and signed rental agreement.

How can I review the guidelines and rules for my event?

All guidelines and rules are clearly outlined in your contract. Before signing and dating the agreement, you will be required to initial each section to confirm that you have read and understand the terms.

Can I reserve or book additional time beyond my selected event package?

Our event packages are offered as strict 5-hour or 8-hour rental blocks, and those timeframes already include both setup and cleanup time. To ensure scheduling runs smoothly for all events, additional time beyond your selected package is not available. If you feel that a 5-hour rental may not provide enough time for your event, we recommend upgrading to our 8-hour package to allow for a more comfortable timeline.

Why does TD Event Space accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App instead of credit cards?

To help keep our pricing affordable and protect our small business, TD Event Space currently accepts payments through Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Unfortunately, the event industry has seen an increase in chargebacks and payment disputes after events have already taken place. While these situations involve only a small number of customers, they can create significant challenges for small venue owners. By using these secure payment methods, we can continue providing exceptional service, transparent pricing, and a smooth booking experience for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Can I tour the space before booking?

Can I still reserve my event date before the space is complete?

Absolutely! We are currently accepting early booking requests for events beginning mid-June and beyond. Reserving early is recommended, especially for weekend dates.

How much does it cost to rent the space?

Pricing varies based on your preferred package, date, and duration.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date and ensure your event is officially booked. An additional damage deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your event and will be refunded between 5 to 10 business days after your event if no damages have occurred.

What is required to secure my date?

A deposit and signed rental agreement are required to officially reserve your event date.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due prior to your event date (you can customize timing later).

If damages are identified, how can I be sure they occurred during my event?

There will be a full venue walk-through with you and a member of our staff on the day of your event prior to the start of your rental. During this inspection, any pre-existing damages or issues will be documented and initialed by both you and the staff member. Following your event, a second walk-through will be conducted to identify any new damages or concerns not noted during the initial inspection.

Can I make payments toward the package I selected?

Yes, a payment schedule can be arranged. Payments may be made through Zelle, cash, or bank transfer. Please note that payments made by bank transfer are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Will payment reminders be sent?

No, payment reminders are not automatically sent. We recommend noting your scheduled payment dates to ensure payments are made on time according to your agreed payment plan.


📞 GENERAL QUESTIONS

Can I bring my own vendors or decorations?

Clients are welcome to bring their own decorations and outside vendors, provided they follow venue guidelines and policies. TD Event Space offers a flexible vendor policy, allowing you to bring in your preferred vendors for catering, décor, photography, and more. This gives you the freedom to customize your event exactly how you envision it.

⚠️ Important: All caterers will be required to review and sign a Caterer Policy prior to being approved to serve at any event held at TD Event Space.

Is Alcohol Allowed?

Yes, alcohol is permitted at the venue; however, it must be served responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and venue guidelines. For the safety of all guests, all alcohol service must be handled by a certified bartender provided through the venue, and an additional bartender service fee will apply. When alcohol is being served, a security guard provided by the venue is also required, and an additional security fee will apply. Full details, requirements, and applicable fees will be outlined in your event contract.

Can I bring my own security or bartender?

No. For events serving alcohol, a licensed security guard and bartender are required and must be provided through our team. This ensures compliance with venue policies, proper insurance coverage, and a safe, consistent experience for all guests. Additional fees apply.

Is Smoking Allowed?

No. Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or other smoking-related products are strictly prohibited inside TD Event Space. If designated outdoor smoking areas are permitted, all smoking activity must remain within those approved areas only. Improper disposal of cigarette butts, smoking materials, or related waste may result in additional cleaning fees. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Even where marijuana use may be legal under Colorado law, TD Event Space reserves the right to prohibit marijuana use on the premises. Violations of this policy may result in immediate event termination without refund, additional cleaning fees, or liability for damages.

Will setup and cleanup time be included?

Setup and cleanup details will depend on your selected event package and event timing.

If you select a package that includes post-event cleanup, we’ll take care of trash removal, surface wipe-downs, and floor sweeping so you can relax and enjoy your event. All we ask is that you remove any personal belongings before leaving. 👉🏽 View our event package options.
