No. Our recommended vendors are simply trusted options we’re happy to share with you. You are welcome to choose from our recommendations or hire a vendor of your choice, as long as they meet TD Event Space’s venue policies and requirements.
Our recommended vendors are independent businesses. While we may have experience working with or recommending them, they are not employees of TD Event Space, and their services are booked directly with the vendor.
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring in your own vendors. Any outside vendor must comply with TD Event Space’s rules, policies, and any applicable vendor requirements.
Each vendor handles their own bookings, pricing, availability, and payments. Contact the vendor directly using the information provided on their listing to discuss your event and make arrangements.
We look for vendors whose services, professionalism, quality, and overall experience make them a good fit for events held at TD Event Space. As we discover more great vendors, we’ll continue adding them to our recommendations.

How to Book Your Event at TD Event Space
When you book TD Event Space, you can expect:
✨ A clean, modern event space designed for small gatherings.
✨ A simple and straightforward booking process.
✨ Clear communication and support leading up to your event.
✨A flexible layout to fit your vision.
All event space rentals include private venue access, a vanity suite, a separate buffet area, and kitchenette—everything set for a smooth, stress-free event.
Our packages are based on:
✅ Event duration (5-or 8-hours)
✅ Decor and customization preferences
✅ Setup and breakdown needs

TD Event Space helps you focus on celebrating—not stressing. We offer a seamless experience so you can enjoy your celebration.
With several flexible package options designed to fit every budget, if you're looking for a Denver event space for your upcoming event, now is the time to secure your date.
To reserve & hold your date, a non-refundable retainer is required and depends on the rental package you select.
$250 for packages priced at $800 and $900
$500 for packages priced at $1,300, $1,800, $2,500, and $4,000
$500 for hourly rentals (equal to one hour of rental time)
Your non-refundable retainer is applied toward your total rental balance. It is not an additional fee—it secures your event date and compensates TD Event Space for removing it from availability to other potential clients.
The remaining balance plus a $250 refundable damage deposit will be due 30 days before your event.
For events booked less than 30 days away, full payment, plus a $250 refundable damage deposit are required immediately in order to reserve & hold the date.
⚠️ Important: Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Your event date is not secured until we have received your signed Event Rental Agreement and the required non-refundable retainer.
If another client completes the booking process for the same date before you do, the date will be reserved for them and will no longer be available.
Step 1
✅ Submit Your Inquiry
After you've determined which rental package you want & you're ready to reserve your date, 👉🏽 fill out and submit the booking inquiry form so we can check availability for your preferred date. Within 24 to 48 business hours, we will confirm your desired date & time.
If you haven't heard back from us within 24 to 48 business hours, please check your spam or junk folder, as our email may have been filtered there.
Step 2
✅ Know What to Expect
While you're waiting to hear from us,
👉🏽 review our Venue Policies & Guest Guidelines. They include important information about, cancellations, setup and cleanup, decorations, guest responsibilities, prohibited items, and other venue requirements.
Also, take a moment to 👉🏽 review our Frequently Asked Questions, as we have carefully compiled answers to the most commonly asked questions and are confident you’ll find the answers you need.
Step 3
✅ Secure Your Date
If your date is available, we will email the Rental Agreement for your electronic signature & the secured link to make your required payment(s). If your date is not available, we will email you to discuss other options.
Once we have received both, your signed Rental Agreement & payment, we will confirm your reservation & your event date will be removed from our booking calendar and held exclusively for you! 🥳😁
