This event rental package Includes EVERYTHING from our previous packages—PLUS every available event enhancement add-on that TD Event Space has to offer for the ultimate ALL-INCLUSIVE luxury celebration.
This package creates a stunning, high-end look that brings luxury, sophistication, and a true wow factor to your celebration.
8-Hour Rental $4000
✨ This rental package includes 8 total hours: It includes done-for-you set-up & post-event cleanup. Since everything is taken care of for you —You'll get to spend the entire rental time enjoying your event!
The Luxury Experience Event Package Includes the Following:
Seating for up to 72 guests.
Everything in Blank Canvas, Signature & the Elevated packages which includes:
✅ (9) Round or rectangular tables set up.
✅ (72) Cushioned banquet chairs. (8 at each table).
✅ (1) 6-ft Banquet table.
✅ (1) 8-ft Banquet table.
✅ You choose the layout.
✅ (72) White decorative pleated skirt chair covers.
✅ Your choice of black or white tablecloths on all (11) tables plus the (4) tables in the buffet area.
✅ (5) Chafing dishes with Sterno fuel.

Set-up & Clean-up.

✨ Set-up is taken care of for you, and post-event cleanup is also included so you can spend the entire 8 hours just enjoying your event. Just take your personal belongings with you when the event is over & we will handle the rest.
Available Times.
✅ Choose any consecutive 8-hour rental between 9:30 AM and 12:30 AM, with everyone off the property by 1:00 AM.
Extra time can be added at $225 for each additional hour and must be agreed upon before the event.

How to Book Your Event at TD Event Space
When you book TD Event Space, you can expect:
✨ A clean, modern event space designed for small gatherings.
✨ A simple and straightforward booking process.
✨ Clear communication and support leading up to your event.

All event space rentals include private venue access, a vanity suite, a separate buffet area, and kitchenette—everything set for a smooth, stress-free event.

TD Event Space helps you focus on celebrating—not stressing. We offer a seamless experience so you can enjoy your celebration.
With several flexible package options designed to fit every budget, if you're looking for a Denver event space for your upcoming event, now is the time to secure your date.
To reserve & hold your date, a non-refundable retainer is required and depends on the rental package you select.
$250 for packages priced at $800 and $900
$500 for packages priced at $1,300, $1,800, $2,500, and $4,000
$500 for hourly rentals (equal to one hour of rental time)
Your non-refundable retainer is applied toward your total rental balance. It is not an additional fee—it secures your event date and compensates TD Event Space for removing it from availability to other potential clients.
The remaining balance plus a $250 refundable damage deposit will be due 30 days before your event.
For events booked less than 30 days away, full payment, plus a $250 refundable damage deposit are required immediately in order to reserve & hold the date.
⚠️ Important: Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Your event date is not secured until we have received your signed Event Rental Agreement and the required non-refundable retainer.
If another client completes the booking process for the same date before you do, the date will be reserved for them and will no longer be available.

After you've determined which rental package you want & you're ready to reserve your date, 👉🏽 fill out and submit the booking inquiry form so we can check availability for your preferred date. Within 24 to 48 business hours, we will confirm your desired date & time.
If you haven't heard back from us within 24 to 48 business hours, please check your spam or junk folder, as our email may have been filtered there.

While you're waiting to hear from us,

✅ Secure Your Date
If your date is available, we will email the Rental Agreement for your electronic signature & the secured link to make your required payment(s). If your date is not available, we will email you to discuss other options.
Once we have received both, your signed Rental Agreement & payment, we will confirm your reservation & your event date will be removed from our booking calendar and held exclusively for you! 🥳😁
